Wednesday Wisdom and Valentine Journal Prompts

Happy Valentine’s Day, Singles Awareness Day, Galentine’s Day…whatever you want to call it. 😂

We generally focus on others this holiday, but I hope you’ll take some extra time to love yourself this week too!

Here are some journal prompts to get you thinking:

  1. What does self-love mean to you?
  2. What are three things you love about yourself?
  3. Write a gratitude list for ALL the ways love is present in your life.
  4. Is there a time when you have taken a stand, or a bold action, in the name of love?
  5. Explore the impact of love and relationships on your mental and emotional well-being.
  6. Write a list of your favorite love songs (note: they don’t have to be about romantic love) and then pick one to listen to while you journal.
  7. How can you love yourself more? How can you be more kind, compassionate, generous, forgiving and gentle with yourself?
  8. Write a list of affirmations that promote self-love and acceptance, for example: I fully love and accept myself just the way I am. I am enough.
